Botox, measured by the unit.

A neuromodulator that softens the lines you make when you frown, squint, and lift your brow — dosed conservatively, placed precisely, and never enough to freeze your face. Expression stays. The line relaxes.

— Our Approach

The goal is a rested face, not a frozen one.

Botox is a purified botulinum toxin type A that temporarily relaxes the specific muscles that create dynamic wrinkles — the frown lines between your brows, horizontal forehead lines, and crow’s feet at the corners of your eyes. It does not fill; it quiets the movement that etches lines deeper over time.

We map your expressions before we inject, then dose conservatively for the areas that need it. You should still be able to raise your brow and look like yourself — just smoother and less tired.

We would rather you come back for a touch-up than ever leave looking worked-on.

— Where It Works

The dynamic lines Botox is made for.

Botox treats lines caused by muscle movement. Static lines and lost volume are a job for fillers — and we will tell you which you actually have.

Frown & Forehead

The glabellar ‘11’ lines between the brows and horizontal forehead lines — softened without dropping the brow.

Crow’s Feet

The fine lines that fan from the outer corners of the eyes when you smile, relaxed with delicate dosing.

Periorbital

Bunny Lines & Lip Flip

Lines along the upper nose and a subtle lip flip to show a touch more upper lip when you smile.

Jaw & Masseter

Masseter dosing can soften a heavy, square jawline and ease clenching and grinding.

I’ve been going to see Melissa at Bubolo for years now for Botox & Juvederm and I absolutely love her. We laugh through the whole appointment while she makes me look hot, with zero pain. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

— Common Questions

Things people ask us, often.

01Will Botox make me look frozen?

Not with our approach. Botox only relaxes the muscles we treat, and we dose conservatively to preserve natural movement. The aim is a softer, more rested look while you keep your full range of expression. If anything, we err toward under-treating and inviting you back for a touch-up.

02How long does Botox last?

Most patients see results for three to four months. The effect wears off gradually as muscle movement returns, and with consistent treatment many people find lines stay softer for longer over time. We schedule maintenance around your results, not a rigid calendar.

03When will I see results?

You will usually notice lines softening within three to five days, with the full effect by about two weeks. Botox does not work instantly because it takes a few days to relax the treated muscle.

04Does it hurt?

Very little. We use fine needles and the injections take only a few minutes; most patients describe a quick pinch. There is no downtime, and you can return to your day right away — we simply ask you to avoid lying down flat or vigorous exercise for a few hours.

05Is Botox safe?

Botox is FDA-approved and one of the most studied aesthetic treatments in the world. At Bubolo Medical it is administered by trained medical providers under physician oversight, which is what makes dosing and placement both safe and effective.
