Medical supervision
A physician-led team oversees every protocol — intake, ongoing adjustments, and labs. Doctor-supervised from the first visit, not a coach with a script.

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Every protocol begins with labs and a physician review.
— Our Approach
We believe weight loss is a medical event, not a willpower test.
Most weight loss programs fail not because their patients are weak, but because their programs are. They ignore the physiology — the hormones, the inflammation, the metabolic adaptations — and treat a clinical condition as a question of motivation.
Our approach is the opposite. We measure first. We test thyroid, A1C, sex hormones, and lipid markers before we recommend a single thing. Then we build a protocol around what we find: FDA-approved medications where indicated, nutrition counseling that respects your life, weekly accountability — and ongoing monitoring so we can adjust as you change.
Keeping it off is the standard we measure ourselves against.
— The Program
A full metabolic panel, thyroid screen, A1C, lipids, and hormone profile, plus an unhurried intake with a medical provider — so the plan starts from what your body is actually doing.
Week 1Built from your physiology, not a template. May include FDA-approved medications, GLP-1 therapy, vitamin injections, nutrition counseling, and behavioral support — combined where indicated.
Week 2Weekly one-on-one accountability visits, vitamin injections where prescribed, and progress tracked in our mobile app. Dose, protocol, and approach adjusted to what your body is doing.
Active phaseOnce goal weight is reached, we transition you to a maintenance plan with ongoing support — the same team, for as long as you want them. Losing it is step one; our program is built around keeping it off.
Ongoing— What's Inside
A physician-led team oversees every protocol — intake, ongoing adjustments, and labs. Doctor-supervised from the first visit, not a coach with a script.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide protocols, prescribed where clinically indicated and titrated carefully to minimize side effects.
FDA-approved prescription appetite suppressants where appropriate, plus lipotropic B-complex vitamin injections that support your program, administered weekly.
Nutrition and dietary counseling designed around your life, health coaching, and a mobile app to track calories, exercise, and progress between visits.

— Common Questions
No. GLP-1 therapy is one tool we use, but it's not required and it's not always indicated. Your protocol is built around your labs and history. Many of our patients lose weight successfully without ever taking a GLP-1.
Depending on your labs, history, and goals, your physician may prescribe GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide or tirzepatide), FDA-approved prescription appetite suppressants, and lipotropic B-complex vitamin injections that support your program. Nothing is prescribed until a medical provider has reviewed your labs and history.
We have two Cobb County clinics: Acworth at 3889 Cobb Parkway NW and Marietta at 620 Cherokee St NE, Suite 250 — serving Kennesaw, Woodstock, Cartersville, Dallas, Smyrna, East Cobb, and the northwest Atlanta metro. Virtual care is available for patients across Georgia. Call (770) 975-1299 to get started at either location.
Costs vary with the protocol and medications your plan calls for, so we quote them after your consultation — which is free, with no obligation. A patient coordinator will review your medical coverage and help determine your out-of-pocket costs before you commit. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards, and payment arrangements are available.
It depends on your plan. Some elements, such as certain labs and consults, may be covered. A patient coordinator will review your medical coverage with you and help determine what your out-of-pocket costs would be — before any money changes hands.
Plateaus are expected and almost always solvable. We adjust dose, swap medications, re-run labs to look for thyroid or hormone shifts, and occasionally take you off active loss for a brief metabolic reset. This is exactly what the ongoing supervision is for.
Much of the program can be delivered virtually if you are a Georgia resident — check-ins, coaching, and follow-ups can happen over secure video. Some elements, like lab draws and certain treatments, are done in person at our Acworth or Marietta clinics.
Most side effects (nausea, GI discomfort) are dose-dependent and resolve with careful titration. We start lower and move slower than typical protocols, which reduces side effects. Preserving lean muscle matters too — we address it with nutrition and resistance-training guidance as part of your plan.
A consultation costs nothing. The conversation may change everything.
