A facelift, without the scalpel.

A combination approach — PDO threads, radiofrequency, microneedling, and strategic injectables — that lifts, tightens, and rebuilds collagen with little to no downtime and none of the surgical risk. Layered, not loud.

— Our Approach

Not one procedure — a coordinated plan.

A non-invasive facelift is not a single device or injection. It is a strategy that combines several non-surgical treatments — PDO threads to reposition tissue, radiofrequency to tighten, microneedling to refine skin quality, and injectables to restore volume — sequenced to your specific aging pattern.

Because it works with your tissue rather than cutting it, recovery is measured in hours or days, not weeks, and the result is gradual and natural rather than abruptly ‘done.’

The face should look lifted, not surprised.

— The Toolkit

Four levers, one result.

We do not use every tool on every patient. Your plan is built from the ones your skin and structure actually need.

PDO Threads

Absorbable threads that gently reposition sagging tissue along the jaw, cheeks, and brow while stimulating collagen.

LiftJowls

Radiofrequency Tightening

Exilis and RF microneedling heat the deep dermis to contract and rebuild collagen for firmer skin.

ExilisVirtueRF

Microneedling Resurfacing

Controlled micro-injury refines texture, tone, and fine lines and improves how the skin reflects light.

Injectable Support

Botox and Juvéderm restore volume and relax pull so the lift looks balanced and rested.

— Common Questions

Things people ask us, often.

01How is this different from a surgical facelift?

A surgical facelift removes and tightens tissue under anesthesia, with incisions and weeks of recovery. A non-invasive facelift uses threads, energy devices, and injectables to lift and tighten without surgery. The results are more subtle and not as dramatic or long-lasting as surgery, but the downtime, cost, and risk are far lower.

02How long do results last?

It varies by treatment. Thread lifts typically last 12 to 18 months, radiofrequency tightening lasts months to a couple of years with maintenance, and injectables last several months to two years depending on the product. We plan a maintenance rhythm so the overall effect holds.

03Is there any downtime?

Very little. Most patients have some mild swelling, redness, or small bruises that settle within a few days, and many return to work the next day. Your exact recovery depends on which treatments are combined in your plan.

04Am I a good candidate?

Non-invasive lifting works best for mild to moderate sagging and skin laxity. If you have significant excess skin, a surgical lift may give a better result, and we will tell you honestly if that is the case. The best way to know is a consultation and skin assessment.

05When will I see the full effect?

You will see an immediate lift from threads and volume from filler, but the collagen-building treatments keep improving your skin for four to six weeks and beyond. The final, settled result typically appears within one to two months.
