Bubolo Medical is a physician-led practice established in 2001, built on a simple discipline: we measure first. Thyroid, A1C, hormones, and body composition guide the plan, and a doctor monitors it throughout — the opposite of a one-size diet handed out at a counter.
That same standard now extends toward Tampa Bay through virtual care. Our clinical home remains in Acworth and Marietta, Georgia, but for appropriate patients we can deliver consultations, planning, and ongoing oversight remotely, with free consultations and Spanish-speaking support.
The physiology is the same in Tampa as in Atlanta — so is our standard of care.

Yes. Alongside medical weight loss we offer peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy for men and women, aesthetics such as Botox and fillers, and hair restoration. Many patients begin with weight loss and continue into other areas of care as their goals change.
