Premature ejaculation, treated without judgment.

What is premature ejaculation?
Premature ejaculation (PE) is when ejaculation happens sooner than a man or his partner would like during sexual activity — often within about a minute of penetration, or with a recurring sense of being unable to delay it. It is the most common male sexual concern, and it is important to know it is both common and treatable.
PE is generally considered a clinical concern when it happens persistently or recurrently, causes distress or frustration, and is not better explained by something situational. Occasional early ejaculation is normal and does not, by itself, indicate a problem.
It can be lifelong (present from early sexual experiences) or acquired (developing later after a period of normal function). Because the contributing factors are both physical and psychological, the most effective care looks at both — and we provide that evaluation with complete discretion.

- Relationship dynamics or early conditioned patterns
- Prostate or urinary-tract inflammation in some cases

— Common Questions
About premature ejaculation.
01Is premature ejaculation common?
Very. It is the most frequently reported male sexual concern, affecting men of all ages. It is also one of the most treatable, so there is no reason to live with it quietly.
02Is it physical or psychological?
Often both. Anxiety and performance pressure play a role, as do biological factors like sensitivity, serotonin signaling, and sometimes hormones or ED. Effective treatment addresses whichever factors apply to you.
03Can it be cured?
Many men gain significant, lasting control with treatment. Depending on the cause, options may include behavioral techniques, medications, and addressing any related condition such as ED — which is why an individualized evaluation matters.
04How discreet is care for this?
Entirely. Sexual-health concerns are handled with full confidentiality and zero judgment, in a HIPAA-protected setting — this is a routine, treatable medical issue to us.
